Your first instalment gives you instant access to online learning materials, if your course includes them.

Start learning right away and get a head start before your in-person sessions.

The second instalment secures your physical attendance at the training course(s).

Step into the classroom or practical sessions fully ready, knowing your spot is guaranteed.

The third and final instalment ensures that your certificate(s) and/or award(s) are issued and delivered once you successfully complete the course.

It’s our way of making sure you walk away with something truly earned.

We keep things simple: no interest if you pay on time.

If a payment is delayed, statutory interest may apply according to Polish law—but don’t worry! We always reach out first and give you a chance to fix it.

Missed a payment? Your access may be temporarily paused, but we’ll contact you to get things back on track.

If two or more installments are overdue and total more than 20% of the course price, the agreement could end—but we always handle it fairly.

Absolutely! If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the course after signing up.

If you’ve already started online learning, any refund is calculated only for the part of the course you haven’t used.

No worries—if you stop mid-course:

Certificates and awards are issued only if the course is completed and fully paid.

All course materials belong to ODC Academy, but you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your learning.

All agreements are governed by Polish law.

Disputes are handled by the courts of Warsaw, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
