The International Operations Center (IOC) is a new, independent operations hub built around one core belief: professional international operations start with solid training and disciplined procedures. We are not a legacy provider with big client lists; we are at the beginning of our journey, focused first on doing one thing exceptionally well – building people and processes through our Operators Development Center (ODC) Academy.
From day one, our goal is to create an operations culture that is transparent, accountable, and realistic about the risks of working internationally. At this stage, ODC Academy is our primary platform: a training environment where we develop the skills, mindset, and standards that will later underpin our full-scale operations center and service offering.
We are honest about where we are and ambitious about where we are going. In the coming phases, the IOC will expand from training and doctrine into live operational support, integrating planning, monitoring, and incident response for partners working in complex environments. By investing early in quality training and clear procedures, we are laying the foundations now for a trusted international operations capability tomorrow.

Growing into a Full Operations Ecosystem
As we grow, these training services will evolve into a complete ecosystem: doctrine development, exercises that simulate a live operations center, and eventually full operational support services. By starting with training first, we ensure that when IOC opens its doors to external partners, the people, processes, and mindset are already tested and ready.
ODC our First Mission.
At this stage, our primary service is the ODC Academy: a focused training platform designed to develop operators, coordinators, and future leaders for international operations. We are not yet running client missions; instead, we are investing all our effort into building the skills and standards that will support those missions in the near future.

Through ODC Academy, we deliver International Accreditations and structured courses on operational planning, risk awareness, communication protocols, and decision‑making under pressure. Each program is designed to be practical, scenario‑driven, and aligned with real international field conditions, minimal classroom theory.

We stay back to back with each student from the first stage of training until they are hired, helping turn education into a real career path rather than a standalone certificate.
